About the Business
Potburys has been an established, independent business in the Sid Valley, East Devon for over 150 years. We place emphasis on traditional values such as good service, integrity and professionalism and as a result have built up an excellent reputation both locally and nationally.
At the heart of our business is our large furniture retail store, which is situated on the High Street in the centre of Sidmouth. The shop stocks an extensive range of modern and classic home furnishings from enduring brands such as Stressless, Ercol, G Plan, Parker Knoll, Alstons, Sherborne, Myers and many more.
We also operate a Removals and Storage service. Our fleet of modern vehicles and trained staff means we can pack and remove anything from a single item to complete households of furniture and possessions. Our purpose built storage facility means we can look after your treasured possessions whether you are waiting to take possession of your new home or trying to make some space in your current one.
