Reading, BerkshireI am a very ill disabled man. I am virtually a full-time wheelchair user. I visited your showroom almost two weeks ago to buy two rugs. You didn't have any. So the man in the shop suggested buying a carpet and having the edges done. I agreed to this, and was told that he would ring me when they were ready, so over a week went by, hadn't heard anything, so I rang the showroom, no reply, so left a message. Only to be ignored. I haven't been called back. I am absolutely disgusted about this, and have taken it very very personally, to the point that I am thinking of reporting this as discrimination. Discriminated against for being disabled. Cannot believe that I have been treated like this.
