A beautiful carpet is the foundation of a beautiful room. For more than twenty years Robert Stephenson has been sourcing and selling rugs from all over the world, in a range of styles from the traditional country house look of antique Ziegler carpets to the bolder geometry of tribal kilims.
For the latest addition to his extensive stock Robert has teamed up with the interior designer Melissa Wyndham to produce a range of hand knotted carpets which have been inspired by such diverse elements as ancient Greek vases and African textiles. These rugs are entirely modern in feel, but can be used to great effect in both traditional and contemporary interiors.
